摘要
为较好设计汽车保险杠的注射模具,从聚合物注射过程中熔接线的形成机理对汽车保险杠的生产过程进行数值模拟.通过比较常规浇注系统中心浇口、四浇口和六浇口3种设计方案以及各自采用顺序控制技术时的熔体充填过程和锁模力需求,得出六浇口顺序控制技术不仅较大程度减少了机器的锁模力需求,而且能够有效控制制品熔接线的形成.通过调整各个浇口的顺序开启闭合时间,最终选出合适的设计方案,并顺利生产出合格制品.
In order to design the injection mold for the car bumper,the formation of weld lines in injection molding of polymer is analyzed and the manufacturing procees of the car bumper is numerically simulated.The filling of melt and the requirement of the clamp force for three kinds of design methods,which includ central gate,four gates and six gates,in conventional feeding system and their sequence control technology are compared.The results show that not only the requirement of the clamp force is reduced obviously by using six gates sequence control technology,but also the formation of weld lines can be controlled effectively.Furthermore,the reasonable method of design is gained by adjusting the time for openning and closing of the gates and the eligible parts are manufactured.
