摘要 目的:随着护理工作的不断更新,人们对护理的要求也越来越高,为了满足病人的需求,应实现"以病人为中心"的服务宗旨。方法:医院自1998年起开展了"红衣导诊护士"的一条龙整体服务。结果:护士为病人提供咨询、分诊、指导就诊、护送急危、护送检查、住院,为行动不便的病人提供轮椅、平车等多种服务,做到了全程全方位一条龙整体服务。结论:导诊护士们以热情、主动、周到细致的服务,赢得了病人的赞誉,做到了"三好一满意",得到了社会的认可和医院领导的高度评价,医院实现了社会效益与经济效益双赢的良好局面。 Objective:With the nursing work constantly updated,people's requirements for nursing care are also getting higher and higher.The patient-oriented service tenet should be implemented in order to meet the needs of the patients.Methods:The 'guiding nurses in red' one-stop integrated services have been provided in the Jingzhou Third People's Hospital since 1998.Results:The guidance is considered as the service window of the hospital and premise of the medical and nursing work.The guiding nurses serve patients with counseling,triage and guidance,escorting the seriously sick,convoying patients to examination and emergency hospitalization and providing wheelchairs,movable sickbeds and other comprehensive one-stop integrated services to people with disabilities.Conclusion:'Looking for the nurses in red if in trouble' has become patients' pet phrase.In a series of clinical work the nurses offer enthusiastic,initiative,meticulous and thoughtful services,winning good reputation and praise from patients.They have achieved the aim of'three-good and one-satisfaction'and their work has been recognized by the society and highly evaluated by hospital leaders,achieving social and economic win-win situation for the hospital.
