摘要
针对有限空间和较高的性能要求,设计并实现了一种小型面状天线在方位、俯仰和横滚方向上的空间运动的伺服电机控制系统。介绍了系统结构构型设计,控制系统的组成和原理实现,以及有关的器件选型,硬件电路设计和软件设计,并对系统样机进行了试验和测试。结果证明该系统不仅实现了基本功能,而且响应迅速,运行平稳可靠,性能达到了较高的指标水平,同时说明该系统的结构布局和电气设计合理有效,对其他类似结构的系统设计有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
For limited space and high performance requirements, the space movement of a small planar antenna in the direction of azimuth, and the elevatian and roll servo motor control system was designed and realized. The system structure configuration design, the control system of component and principle to realize and the relevant parts selection was introduced. The hardware circuit design and software design, and the system prototype was tested that the system realized not only basic functions and quick response, but also smooth and reliable operation was showed. The performance achieved higher norm level. Furthermore that the structure of the system layout and electrical design were reasonable and effective (could be, indicated). And there were some reference to other similar structure of the system design.
