应用FAIR技术对正常国人后循环供血区脑组织灌注研究

摘要 目的应用流动敏感交互式反转恢复(flow-sensitive alternating inversion recovery,FAIR)序列对正常成年国人后循环供血区血流动力学参数进行测量,了解其正常参数值以供临床参考。方法不同年龄段正常志愿者50例,男25例,女25例;年龄23~69岁。采用3.0T高场强MR扫描仪,应用标准头部8通道线圈,行颅脑MRI、MRA及FAIR检查。测量两侧枕叶、小脑、脑桥、延髓FAIR值。结果两侧枕叶、小脑、脑桥、延髓FAIR值间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。枕叶和小脑的FAIR值比延髓和脑桥高(P<0.05)。结论 FAIR序列可以准确测量后循环供血区血流动力学情况,并为临床疾病的检测提供可靠依据。 Objective To measure the hemodynamic parameters in posterior circulation blood-supply area of healthy adult Chinese by means of flow-sensitive alternating inversion recovery(FAIR) sequence so as to provide normal parameters for clinic. Methods A total of 50 healthy volunteers including 25 males and 25 females ( age range,23 ~69yr)experienced MRI, MRA,and FAIR examination. The images were observed by Signa Excite HD 3.0T high field MR scanner( GE Medical System, U. S. A)with a 8-channel array head coil. The FAIR value in bilateral occipital lobe, cerebellum, pons and medulla oblongata was measured. The data were statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in FAIR value among bilateral occipital lobe, cerebellum, pons and medulla oblongata( P 〉 0.05 ) ,however, the FAIR value of occipital lobe and cerebellum was larger than that of pons and medulla oblongata. Conclusion FAIR sequence can exactly measure the hemodynamics state of posterior circulation blood-supply area so as to provide reliable basis for detecting diseases in clinic.
