摘要
随着榆林天然气处理厂投运年限增长,原有水系统管线出现不同程度的腐蚀、穿孔现象,造成不必要的设备停工检修。为了避免这一现象,通过电化学、挂片失重法、电镜分析等手段,对处理厂现用的20#、20R钢及市面上3种钢材进行分析,确定316L钢材是天然气处理厂水系统管线的最好抗腐蚀材质。
As the time extension of the Yulin natural gas process factory operation,the varying degrees of corrosion and perforation phenomenon in original water system pipelines causing unnecessary equipment downtime,to avoid this phenomenon,through the method of electro- chemical,weight loss, electron microscope analysis to evaluate 20~,20R for natural gas process factory and 3 kinds of steels on the market,found 316L steel is the best anti-corrosion materials for water system pipeline in natural gas process factory.
