摘要
报道了用高效液相色谱法测定明15块表面活剂含量,检测液相色谱柱为条件,标准曲线和回归方程的建立;讨论了柱子长度、流动相比例、流动相速度、柱温对检测的影响;此检测方法的灵敏度高、准确性好、所得数据具有良好的重现性,分析速度快,测量浓度低,回归方程相关系数接近1,RSD低,测量数据精度高,数据可靠性好,为中原油田表面活性剂驱油藏采出液中表活剂浓度的检测提供了有效的方法。
The report by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method for the de- termination of the 15 surface live agent content, detection performance liquid chromatographic column for conditions, standard curve and the establishment of the regression equation,discuss the column length,column temperature,mobile phase, the influence of the injection water,the method of high separation efficiency,analyzes fast fast, reproducibility and good stability, low concentration measurement, the regression equations related coefficient is close to 1,RSD is low, the measurement data of high precision, good reliability data,in tianming 15 for crude oil reservoir recovery liquid surface active agent flooding function of the concentration of the living agent to provide effective methods of detection.
