摘要
海洋模块钻机在海上钻井作业实践中有着广泛的应用,具有布局集中、作业工况复杂、受海洋环境影响大及运输和安装难度大的特点[1]。本文针对上述特点,通过数字化信息系统在海洋模块钻机开发建设项目中的实际应用,积极推进三维数字化移交,搭建海洋模块钻机全生命期的数字化管理平台,并以此为契机引入了结构完整性管理的概念。
Offshore modular drilling rigs have a wide range of application in offshore drilling engineering. They have the characteristics of centralized layout, complex operating conditions, Vulnerable to effects on ocean environments and hard to transportation and installation. This paper is aiming at above-mentioned characteristics, through the use of digital in- formation system in offshore modular drilling rig development, actively promoted the application of 3D digital handover, set up a whole life cycle digital management platform of MDR, also the concept of structural integrity management of modular drilling rig is proposed.
