摘要
学术交流正逐渐成为创新体系中不同创新主体之间知识与信息交流的平台。新形势下,确立和强化学术交流在创新体系中的地位和作用,对推动创新体系协调发展、提高创新体系整体效能具有重要意义。本文阐述了学术交流的含义、要素及基本功能,并以具体案例分析阐明学术交流对促进创新体系建设的作用,并提出建议。
Academic communication is becoming a plat of knowledge and information communication among different innovation subjects in innovation system.Under the new situation,it is important to establish and strengthen the position and functions in the innovation system,because it can promote the coordinated development of innovation system and improve the overall effectiveness of the innovation system.In this paper,its connotation,factors as well as basic functions were described with recommandations.Specific cases were also cited to clarify the role of academic communication in promoting innovation system.
