老年髋部骨折病人术后持续性护理干预对肢体功能康复的研究

Study on influence of persistent postoperative care intervention for elderly hip fracture patients on rehabilitation of limb function

[目的]评价持续性肢体功能康复及心理支持对老年髋部骨折术后肢体功能康复的影响。[方法]将54例老年髋部骨折病人随机分成对照组及观察组,对照组病人按照传统的骨折术后护理常规进行护理,观察组病人术后进行3个月的持续性肢体功能康复及心理支持,干预3个月后,比较两组病人Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)与汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分情况。[结果]干预后观察组病人Harris髋关节评分与Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05)、HAMD与HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]持续性功能康复及心理支持对老年髋部骨折病人的肢体功能康复具有良好的效果。

Objective：To evaluate influence of persistent limb function reha-bilitation and psychological support on postoperative limb function rehabilitation of the elderly with hip fracture. Methods：A total of 54 cases of elderly hip fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients received care according to the traditional postoperative nursing routine for fracture patients, observation group patients received the persistent limb function rehabilitation and psychological support for 3 months,after three months,the Harris hip score,Barthel Index, the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） and Hamilton Anxiety scale （HAMA） score of patients were compared between both groups. Results：After the intervention, Harris hip score and Barthel index of observation group patients were higher than that of control group patients （P〈0.05） ,HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The persistent functional rehabilitation and psychological support has good effect for elderly patients with hip fracture.
