摘要
采用质性研究的方法,通过个案研究策略,分析了课程实施中初中数学教师PCK的发展现状.研究表明,教师在教学中关注了学生的特殊性,并有意识地采用多种方法帮助学生理解数学知识,通过教学实践及课后反思,在一定程度上促进了教师自身PCK发展;研究也显示,教师还存在数学知识单一、教学法知识欠缺、对学生的认识片面等不足,通过教学实践发展教师PCK的有效性还有待提高.
The qualitative research method and the case study strategy were employed to analyze the state and trend of junior middle school mathematics teachers' PCK development. The result indicates that teachers not on- ly pay close, attention to students' particularity but also adopt various measures to help students to understand what is taught to them. By virtue of teaching practice and after - class reflection, the teachers' own PCK has been developed, to some degree. The research also points out some deficiencies, such as unitary mathematics knowledge on the part of teachers, poor teaching and learning methodology and inadequate knowledge of students, etc. Hence the conclusion that the efficiency of enhancing teachers' PCK remains yet to be improved.
