摘要
实施5年的《劳动合同法》首次做出修定,内容直指严格规范劳务派遣用工,强调要严格限制劳务派遣单位的准入门槛、严格限制劳务派遣的岗位范围和用工数量。其原因何在、预期成效如何是需要关注和解读的。
Labor Contract Law is first revised after it has been carried out for five years and now strictly standardizes the labor dispatch.In this revision,it lays stress on the two limitations to labor dispatch:one is the access threshold to the unit of labor dispatch;the other is the position scope and the employment number.Its reasons and effects should be paid more attention and analyzed carefully.
