摘要 以现代光电仪器及计算机科学和技术原理与方法,开发将实物描述为图像,建立数学模型转换为数据读出结果的软件;研制取样系统、显像系统、识别系统、显示系统、传导系统,并进行便携、实用、美观的部件加工、组装、调试,成功研制出了獭兔皮毛长度、直径、密度快速检测仪。试用结果精准度优于切片检测,为獭兔和毛皮动物毛皮质量的检测提供了先进的仪器和检测技术。 Currently, the evaluation of quality of Rex Rabbit fur is mainly based on observation and hand touching or laboratorial test. The former depends on the experiences while the latter determines the quality by measuring the fur diameter and hair follicles by taking skin samples, which is time-consuming and complicated. Therefore, a portable detector for quickly assessment of the fur length, diameter and density is needed. In this research, such a detector is designed and its performance is also evaluated. The results indicate the portable detector is good at measuring these properties with the high precision and accuracy.
