巨噬细胞极性改变与动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(As)是心脑血管疾病的重要病理特征,而炎症是As发生、发展过程中的主要因素,其中单核巨噬细胞极性的改变又是该过程中的重要特征之一。不同亚型的巨噬细胞相互转化可为As治疗提供新靶点。该文就As的发病机制以及M1、M2型巨噬细胞相互间的转化在As斑块的形成和发展过程中的影响等相关研究进展予以综述。 Atherosclerosis(As) is an important feature of cardiocerebrovascular diseases, and inflammation is a major factor in the development of As,during which the change of mononuclear macrophages polarity is one of the important features. Conversion of different subtypes of macrophage can provide new targets for As treatment. Here is to make a review on the pathogenesis of As, and the influence of M1, M2 macrophages mutual conversion in As plaques formation and development.
