摘要 树突状细胞(DC)是机体功能最强的专职抗原呈递细胞,处于启动、调控、维持免疫应答的中心环节,在机体抗肿瘤免疫中发挥着十分重要的作用。近年来,DC已成为当今肿瘤生物治疗领域备受关注的热点之一,随着分子生物学、免疫学、基因技术的发展,DC在抗肿瘤免疫中的重要作用也日益受到关注,DC介导的肿瘤免疫治疗研究也取得了较大进展,显示其在抗肿瘤免疫治疗中良好的应用前景。 Dendritic cells (DC)are the most potent antigen-presenting cells, center of the start, control and maintenance of immune responses,playing an important role in anti-tumer immunity. In recent years, DC has become one of the hotspots of biological treatment of tumor. With the development of molecular biology, immunology and gene technology, the role of DC has been paid more and more attention, and DC mediated tumor immunotherapy research has made great progress, showing good application prospect in antitumor immunity.
