摘要 唾液是人体重要的外分泌液之一,其中蕴含着丰富的生物信息。由于采集唾液安全无创、方便,目前越来越多的研究者希望从中探索疾病生物标志物,同时为病程监控、药物监测、疗效评价等提供依据。唾液检验正成为当前最具潜力和应用前景的研究热点。总结回顾唾液检测在感染、肿瘤、风湿免疫、内分泌、药物毒物等方面的研究进展,可以为进一步深入研究理清思路。 Saliva is one of the important external secretions of human body containing affluent bioinformations. As salivary sample can be easily collected by non-invasive method,in recent years more and more researchers hope to search for disease biomarkers for the early diagnosis, as well as disease surveillance, drug monitoring, efficacy evaluation. Saliva testing is becoming the most potential and promising research focus. Here it will be elaborated on the research progress in infections, tumor, rheumatism, endocrine, medicine, toxicant, etc. of saliva testing, to clear thoughts for further study.
