腹盆部大出血CT诊断与介入治疗的现状 被引量:1

摘要 腹盆部大出血是临床常见急、危、重症,发病凶险,致死率高。及时对出血进行定位是抢救成功的关键,迅速明确责任血管并实施介入治疗,可以挽救患者生命。近年来,随着多层螺旋CT技术的不断发展,CT血管成像能够对腹盆部大出血迅速定位、定性,同时能够明确出血的责任血管,对指导介入治疗有重要价值。 Abdominal or pelvic massive bleeding is an acute, dangerous and serious disease with high mortality, and the key to successful rescue is timely positioning of bleeding, then identification of the responsible vascular and giving interventional treatment will save the lives. In recent years, with continuous development of MSCT technology, bleeding site, scope and nature can be identifined by CT angioraphy ( CTA), which has important guiding value to interventional treatment. Here is to make a review on the current situation of CT diagnosis and interventional treatment for abdominal or pelvic massive bleeding.
