摘要
目的探讨介入超声对妇科疾病术后产生的囊性并发症的治疗价值。方法回顾性分析33例行妇科手术后并发囊肿患者的临床资料。结果随访1年后,33例患者治愈18例,有效8例,复发2例,失访3例,无效2例,总有效26例(78.8%)。结论经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗盆腔囊肿具有效果好、恢复快、安全性高、复发率低的优点,是治疗盆腔囊肿的有效手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of interventional ultrasonography for cystic complications after gynecological surgery. Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with pelvic cyst after gynecologic operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results 18 cases were cured, 8 cases were effective, 2 cases relapsed, 3 cases lost follow-up, 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 78.8% （26/33）. Conclusions Transvaginal ultrasound interventional treatment for pelvic cyst has good effect, quick recovery, high safety, low recurrence rate.
