摘要
目的:研究硬尖神香草的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS RP-18和Sephadex LH-20柱对硬尖神香草进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从硬尖神香草中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:咖啡酸甲酯(1)、木犀草素7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、木犀草素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(3)、香叶木苷(4)、金合欢素7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、迷迭香酸(6)。结论:其中,化合物1、4和6为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2、3和5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Hyssopus cuspidatus.Methods:Compounds were isolated and purified by extraction and different kinds of column chromatography.Their structures were determined on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results:Six compounds were identified as caffeic acid methyl ester(1),luteolin 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),luteolin 7-O-β-D-glucuronide(3),diosmin(4),acacetin 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)and rosmarinic acid(6).Conclusion:Compounds 1,4 and 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 2,3 and 5 are firstly obtained from Hyssopus genus.
