硬尖神香草化学成分研究

Study on Chemical Constituents of Hyssopus cuspidatus

目的:研究硬尖神香草的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS RP-18和Sephadex LH-20柱对硬尖神香草进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从硬尖神香草中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:咖啡酸甲酯(1)、木犀草素7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、木犀草素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(3)、香叶木苷(4)、金合欢素7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、迷迭香酸(6)。结论:其中,化合物1、4和6为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2、3和5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Hyssopus cuspidatus.Methods：Compounds were isolated and purified by extraction and different kinds of column chromatography.Their structures were determined on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results：Six compounds were identified as caffeic acid methyl ester（1）,luteolin 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl（1→6）-β-D-glucopyranoside（2）,luteolin 7-O-β-D-glucuronide（3）,diosmin（4）,acacetin 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl（1→6）-β-D-glucopyranoside（5）and rosmarinic acid（6）.Conclusion：Compounds 1,4 and 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 2,3 and 5 are firstly obtained from Hyssopus genus.
