摘要
针对CPR-1000核电站反应堆压力容器接管与安全端焊缝射线检验过程中在透照方向上存在着水层的问题,通过具体的模拟试验,重点研究了底片黑度、灵敏度随着水层位置、水层厚度的变化情况,当水层厚度增加时,灵敏度会降低,但是仍满足RCCM标准要求。
During the radiographic testing(RT) for reactor pressure vessel(RPV) nozzle safe end weld in CPR- 1000 nuclear power plant, water layer of nozzle has some influence on this inspection. Through some specific testing, the paper focuses on the relationship between film density, the sensitivity of RT and different water layers. The results show that when the layer thickness increases, the sensitivity will be reduced but still meet the requirements of RCCM.
