摘要
通过大量TOFD检测案例研究,发现几种具有共性的、非常容易引起误判的伪缺陷图谱,从工况条件、结构应力以及现场材料的使用等几方面进行分析,结合其他检测方法和实际解剖验证,得出该类图谱特征、产生原因及判定方法,可以有效防止实际检测中的误判。
With the weld quality detection technology developing rapidly, combined with the actual working conditions, the test results of new technologies and equipment are worthy of further analysis. By the studies of large number of TOFD test cases, several common pseudo-defect maps were found, which was very easily leading to the false alarms. After the analysis of working conditions, structural stress, as well as on-site materials used, in combination with other detection methods and actual anatomic validation on comparative analysis of the spectra eharaeteristies, the cause of false report and how to prevent it was found out.
