变应性鼻炎的鼻用抗组胺药物治疗 被引量:2

摘要 组胺(histamine)是机体内组氨酸在L-组胺酸脱羧酶作用下产生的一种化学信使物质,通过4种受体亚型在复杂的免疫调节系统和变应性炎症中发挥重要作用。通过H1受体,组胺可增强抗原提呈细胞的能力,使肥大细胞和嗜碱粒细胞释放更多包括组胺在内的炎性介质,促进嗜酸粒细胞与中性粒细胞的趋化。
