新2代抗组胺药在变应性鼻炎中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 组胺(histamine)是一种主要由肥大细胞及嗜碱性粒细胞分泌的小分子胺类。1910年Dale和LaidlawTM首次发现组胺是变应性炎症反应的重要介质。1940年后合成的最初抗组胺H1受体药物(H1antihistamines,以下简称抗组胺药)陆续上市,开创了抗组胺药治疗变应性疾病的先河。以后的70年里,大量临床实践及基础研究均证实组胺作为最主要的炎症介质直接参与了变应性鼻炎(AR)的速发相及迟发相反应,是AR的最核心介质。与此同时,抗组胺药也蓬勃发展,成为治疗I型变态反应性疾病,包括AR、荨麻疹等疾病的最重要的药物。
