氧化沉淀法制备掺杂纳米TiO_2 被引量:1

摘要 实验以偏钛酸为原料,以硝酸锶和硫脲为掺杂源,在冰水浴条件下,用氧化沉淀法在室温条件下制备了锐钛矿型的掺杂纳米TiO2,借助于扫描电子显微镜等方法研究探索此掺杂纳米TiO2的光催化活性。结果表明:在以硝酸锶离子和氮元素混掺下纳米TiO2具有好的光催化活性,以MB溶液的光催化降解为参照,在紫外光下光降解率达到55.99%,同时可见光下的光降解率达到48.48%。 By using metatitanic acid as raw material and strontium nitrate and thiourea as a dopant source, under ice - coohng, the anatase - typed doped nano - TiO2 was prepared by an oxidation precipitation- method under ambient condition. Photocatalytic activity of it was explored by means of scanning electron microscopy and other methods. The results showed that nano -TiO2 doped with strontium nitrate ions and nitrogen element had good using MB photocatalytic activity, its photocatalytic degradation rate reached 55.99% under ultraviolet light by solution as a reference and its photocatalytic degradation rate reached 48.48% under visible light.
