四川未来承接广东纺织服装产业转移的策略研究

Strategic Research on Undertaking Guangdong's Textile and Clothing Industry Transferring to Sichuan

随着土地、能源、劳动力成本快速上升和生态环境约束,纺织服装产业转出广东已是大势所趋,其新一轮纺织服装产业转移正悄然加速。四川各级地方政府在承接产业转移过程中,应针对广东纺织服装产业转出的时间、规模等现状,结合四川纺织服装产业空间分布均匀、结构不合理等特征,正确认识,科学谋划,主动出击,通过承接产业转移,推动四川纺织服装产业大发展。

With the rapid increase of costs of land, energy anct tabor ann ute co,~ ment, the textile and clothing industry in Guangdong is doomed to be transferred and the transferring speed is accelerating. Aiming at the transferring timing and scale and integrating with the features of Sichuan clothing industry such as uniform space distribution and unreasonable structure, all levels of governments in Sichuan province should have correct understanding and plan scientifically in order to promote the development of tex- tile and clothing industry in Sichuan province.
