摘要
互联网时代改变了人们的生活方式和思维方式,酒店员工在这样的背景下也呈现不同的特点。内部营销作为酒店利润链的原点,是酒店管理永远的主题。文章提出了在互联网时代背景下酒店内部营销的策略。
The age of internet has changed people' s lifestyle and way of thinking, the hotel staff also present different features under such background. As the key point of hotel profit link, internal marketing is the eternal theme of hotel management. Strategy of hotel internal marketing was put forward in the age of inter- net.
