摘要
为提高即时通讯工具操作绩效,本研究采用典型任务结合主观评价法,对常用即时通讯工具聊天窗口中的快捷菜单区进行操作绩效影响因素研究,并基于研究结果提出设计原则。结果表明,影响即时通讯工具操作绩效的主要因素为:图标的可理解性和功能位置。基于研究结果得出4点设计原则:功能设置频率化、功能设置分类化、功能设置个性化和图标设置可理解性。
In order to improve the operation performance of instant message,this paper conducted a study on the influence factors of operation performance of the shortcuts menu area by using typical task combining with subjective evaluation,which is on the Chat Windows of commonly used IMs,and design principles based on the findings.The results show that: 1) the factors that influence the operation performance of IM are icon intelligibility and shortcuts position;2) four design principles based on the findings are: function-setting frequency、 function-setting classification、function-setting personalization and icon-setting intelligibility.
