针对离散型生产车间生产现场实物流与信息流不匹配的问题,以A企业生产车间为实际,设计了数据实时采集与分析系统,通过对现场生产数据和质量数据的采集、传递、(预)处理,为企业管理层提供实时、准确、可靠的现场数据,以便于及时掌握企业生产运转情况,科学决策。

Abstract： In view of issue that separate production workshop＇ s logistics and information flow at the scene did not match. Takes the A enterprise production workshop as reality, has designed the real-time data collecting and analysis system. Provides real-time, accurate, the reliable field data for the business management through the collection to the scene production data and qualitative data and transmission, （pre-） processing operation, is advantageous for the enterprise to master the working condition and to make scientific decisions in time.
