基于OPC的半潜式钻井平台监控系统的开发

Development of semi-submersible drilling platform monitoring system based on OPC

针对半潜式钻井平台中设备类型多样、设备接口众多以及已有子系统监控层次不齐等问题,为满足集成监控系统的易维护、易操作、可扩展以及复用能力强等要求,采用基于OPC技术规范标准的通信方法,通过OPC驱动程序将KOSRDK工具包设计的OPC服务器程序和组态软件iFIX开发的客户端连接,使得异构数据能够以统一的OPC数据格式进行传输,实现对半潜式钻井平台的监控功能。

Abstract： Aiming at the difficulties of different device types, numerous device interfaces and heterogeneous subsystem monitoring levels in the semi-submersible drilling platform, in order to meet the requirements of integrated monitoring system which is easy to maintain, easy to operate, can be expanded and multiplexing capability. Based on the OPC technology standard communication method. Make a connection of OPC server program which is designed by KOSRDK tool and the OPC client application which is developed by iFIX configuration software Through the OPC driver.So the heterogeneous data can be transmited as a uniform OPC data format, achieving the function of platform monitoring.
