摘要
针对目前市场上的压力变送器精度不高,监控和标定难等特点,提出了一种以ARM Cortex微处理器为核心,带有GPS定位功能和无线数据收发功能的新型智能化压力变送器设计方案。文章描述了智能变送器的总体系统构架,着重阐述了变送器智能化的设计思想及原理,经过现场使用证明,此变送器在标定及信息监控方面都要优于传统变送器,给用户带来极大的便利。
Abstract: Currently on the market a lot of pressure transmitter's accuracy is not high, monitoring and calibration is poor, put forward a kind of ARM Cortex microprocessor as the core, with a GPS positioning function and wireless data transceiver functions of a novel intelligent pressure transmitter design. This paper describes the overall system architecture of intelligent transmitter, emphatically elaborated the transmitter intelligent design ideas and principles, through the field test shows that, this transmitter in calibration and information monitoring is superior to conventional transmitter.
