四联疗法治疗下肢静脉性溃疡60例临床观察

Observation of Quadruple therapy for the treatment of venous leg ulcers

目的观察四联疗法治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将118例下肢静脉性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用中药外洗、微波治疗、自拟生肌愈疡方外敷、弹力绷带加压包扎四联疗法治疗;对照组采用西医常规消毒,双氧水或0.9%氯化钠注射液清洗创面,再用0.1%雷夫努尔纱条覆盖包扎。治疗30 d后观察2组患者患肢创面愈合恢复及经皮氧分压的变化情况,并比较临床疗效。结果 2组治愈率、总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后经皮氧分压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四联疗法多靶点治疗下肢静脉性溃疡临床疗效良好,可以明显升高创面局部氧分压,促进创面愈合,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Quadruple therapy for the treatment of venous leg ulcers. Methods 118 cases of were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Cases in control group received conventional disinfection of western medicine, hydrogen peroxide or washing wound with 0.9% sodium chloride injection then covering bandage with 0.1% Leif Noor gauze. Recovery of limb wound healing and transcutaneous oxygen pressure changes were observed in two groups and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared. Resuits There was statistical significance between two groups on cure rate, total effective rate and transcutaneous oxygen pressure after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Quadruple therapy has good clinical efficacy for multi - target in the treatment of venous leg ulcers, can significantly elevate the local wound oxygen partial pressure, promote wound healing,improve the patient＇S quality of life.
