摘要
对抚仙湖水域浮游植物进行了调查,共发现浮游植物54种,隶属于6门48属,绿藻门种类最多,占调查区总物种数的56.25%,硅藻门占18.75%,蓝藻门占14.58%,前三个门类共占89%以上。细胞丰度也以绿藻占绝对优势,约占56.13%,其次是蓝藻门。优势种依次为蓝藻门隐球藻(Aphanocapsasp.),裸藻门分歧锥囊藻(Dinoryon divergens),绿藻门简单衣藻(Chlamydononas simplex)、弯曲栅藻(Scenedesmus arcuatus),小球藻(Chlorella sp.),单生卵囊藻(Oocystis solitaria)。植物细胞丰度介于5.069~9.275×105cells/L,香农-威纳多样性指数介于3.181~3.717,Pielou均匀度指数介于0.628~0.750。在本次调查中,抚仙浮游植物细胞南区大于北区,利用浮游植物和物化因子对抚仙湖水进行营养状况的评价,抚仙湖综合水平为贫营养化水体。
The investigation of the phytoplankton in Fuxian Lake finds 54 species of them, belonging to 48 genera of 6 phyla. Most of them belong to the chloraphyta, accounting for 56. 25% of the total species; and the bacillariophyta covers 18. 75% and the cyanophyta is 14. 58%. All of the three takes up 89% of the total amount. The chloraphyta is of the absolute advantage in the cell abundance, accounting for 56. 13%. The cyanophyta comes next. The domi- nant species are (from more to less) : Aphanocapsa sp. , Dinoryon divergens, Chlamydononas simplex, Scenedesmus arcuatus, Chlorella sp. and Oocystis solitaria. The cell abundance of the phytoplankton ranges from 5. 069 - 9. 275 x 105 cells/L. The Shannon -Wiener diversity index is between 3. 181 - 3. 717. The Pielou evenness index is at 0. 628 0. 750. We also find that there is more phytoplankton cell in the southern area than the north of the lake. The lake is oligotrophic when being evaluated by using the phytoplankton and the physiochemical factors.
