活性炭-Fe组成的微电池净化印染废水的研究

摘要 主要研究了活性炭-Fe组成的微电池处理印染废水的净化处理技术。由最佳工艺流程处理后的出水COD浓度最低为34.1mg/L(此时COD净化效率为98.79%,色度净化效率为98.62%)。出水水质可达到国家《污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)》一级标准的规定。采用该工艺处理后的出水COD平均净化效率为96.67%,色度平均净化效率为96.46%。 The treatment of the printing and dying wastewater by the process of activated carbon and Fe micro - cell is studied. The COD concentration of the treated water outlet could reach the minimum level of 34. 1 mg/L by the optimum treatment process, when the removal rate of COD and chrome is respectively 98.79% and 98.62%. The outlet water quality meets the Grade I of Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978 -1996). In av- erage, the removal rate of COD and chrome of the outlet water is 96. 67% and 96. 46%.
