昆明市生态环境状况评价及对策

Evaluation on the Eco-environmental Status of Kunming and Countermeasures

根据昆明市生态环境质量调查统计数据,以生物丰度、植被覆盖、水网密度、土地退化、环境质量等指数为指标,对昆明市生态环境质量现状进行了客观评价。结果表明:2010年昆明市的生态环境状况指数为57.28,总体生态环境状况良好;生态环境质量在西部地区处于优势地位,在全国处于中等偏上水平;与2005年比较,生态环境质量略有改善。最后,结合昆明市的生态建设规划目标,对今后5a昆明市的生态环境质量进行了预测,并提出了合理化的生态环境保护和建设对策措施。

According to the statistics from the investigation on the eco -environmental quality （EQ） in Kunming was evaluated objectively tation index, the density index of the rivers （lakes） network, the land -environment in Kunming, the status of eco by the biological abundance index, the vege- degradation index, the environmental quality index. The results showed that： the eco -environmental index （EI） in Kunming was 57.28 in 2010, and the gen- eral eco -environmental status was good; the EQ was in a dominant position in the western region, and an above average level in China. Compared with the situation in 2005, the EQ has been improved slightly. Finally, in line with the objectives of the eco - environmental construction planning of Kunming, the EQ of Kunming in the next five years was forecasted, and the rational countermeasures on eco - environmental protection and construction were proposed.
