On the Scientific Teaching of College Students in the Field of Ideological and Political Education

新形势下,积极探索高校德育工作新特点新规律,深入分析大学生思想政治教育科学化新途径,是做好高校德育工作的前提。为此,应从以下方面做出努力:第一,认识高校意识形态工作的复杂化;第二,确立高校德育核心理念的人本化;第三,把握高校德育规律探索的科学化;第四,注重学生思想特点研究的动态化;第五,推进核心价值引导的系统化;第六,实现高校德育方法创新的多样化;第七,重视高校德育干部学习的应用化。

New situation requires that we explore the new characteristics and regular patterns in the field of moral education for college students, and find new scientific way to carry out ideological and political education. They are the premise for effective and sound moral education. Therefore, efforts are to be geared to the following aspects ： first, to be aware of the complexity of college ideology work ; second, to enforce the humanization of core concept of moral education in institutions of higher learning; third, to understand the regulation of moral education in institutions of higher learning and try to make it scientific ; forth, to focus on the dynamic thinking of college students, and fifth, to push forward the systemization of core value guidance ; sixth, to diverse the innovation of moral education in institutions of higher learning; and seventh, to apply the knowledge of moral education cadres in universities and other institutions.
