Basic Evaluation of Balance of International Payments and Pondering over the Policies during the Tenth Five-Year Plan Period

本文首先展望了“十五”时期的国际国内经济形势,在此基础上对国际收支平衡的可能变化作出了基本估计。最后,本文根据我国“十五”时期经济发展形势的需要,提出了同时期国际收支平衡的调控目标,并对实现这一目标应当建立的政策思路进行了探讨。

At the beginning of the thesis, the author envisages the economic situation in period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan both at home and abroad. On this basis, the possible changes in balance of international payments are basically evaluated, and at the end of this thesis, a macro-control target for the balance of international payments during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period is made and the policies to be adopted in line with this target is discussed.
