摘要
目的探讨锁定加压重建钛板结合三维CT治疗不稳定性肩胛骨体部骨折的手术治疗。方法自于2010年1月至2012年12月收治不稳定性肩胛骨体部骨折11例,均采用手术治疗,术后采用Hardegger标准功能评定。结果 11例均获得随访,骨折临床愈合时间12~24周,根据Hardegger标准进行功能评定,优7例,良3例,可2例。结论锁定加压重建钛板结合三维CT治疗不稳定性肩胛骨体部骨折可取得良好临床效果。
Objective To investigate the locking compression combined with 3D CT reconstruction titanium plate in treatment of unstable operation treatment of scapular body fractures. Methods From January, 2010 to December,2012, unstable scapular body fracture in 11 caseswere treated with operation, postoperative functional evaluation using standard Hardegger. Results 11 cases were followed up, period of fracture healing time was 12 -24 weeks, the functional evaluation was done according to Hardegger standard, excellent in 7 cases, good in 3 cases, general 2 cases. Conclusions Locking compression combined with 3D CT reconstruction titanium plate for treatment of unstable scapular body fractures can achieve good clinical effect.
