摘要
目的检测survivin在不同级别人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达结果,分析其参与肿瘤发生的机制。方法观察组包括脑星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级10例,脑星形细胞瘤Ⅱ级22例,脑星形细胞瘤Ⅲ级26例,脑星形细胞瘤Ⅳ级7例。实验方法均采用免疫组化S-P法检测survivin在不同级别的脑星形细胞瘤中表达结果。结果 survivin在星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级中的阳性表达率分别为10.00%、45.45%、65.38%、71.43%,四者之间呈现增高趋势。在高分化组(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)中呈散在的弱阳性表达,表达率为34.38%(11/32);而在低分化组(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)中表达明显增强,表达率为66.67%(22/33),与高分化组有显著差异(χ2=11.20,P<0.01)。结论 survivin的阳性表达率随星形细胞瘤,四者之间呈现逐渐增高趋势,说明在脑星形细胞瘤中survivin在肿瘤的形成过程中可能具有一定关键作用。
Objective To approach the actions of survivin during development in brain astrocytoma by studying their mechanism of biology during the genesis of tumor. Methods In our study, there were 10 patients with brain astrocytoma Ⅰ , 22 patients with brain astrocytoma Ⅱ , 26 patients with brain astrocytoma Ⅲ, and 7 patients with brain astrocytoma IV. To examine the expression of survivin via immunohistochemistry S - P and analysis their interrelationship. Results The positive expressive rates of survivin in astrocytoma grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and IV subgroup show an increased tendency, it is 10.00% ,45.45% ,65.38% ,71.43% ;The expression was weak positive in higher differentiation group (grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ) , the rate of positive expression was 34.38% ( 11/ 32) ;and the positive expressive rate of lower differentiation group (grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ) was 66.67% (22/33), which was obviously higher. There was an significant difference between these two groups ( X^2 = 11.20, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions With the increase of the malignant extent in brain astrocytoma, the positive expressive rates of survivin show an obviously increased tendency, which indicates gene plays an important role during the genesis and development of brain astrocytoma.
