碱-乙醇法提取蚕沙中黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以芦丁的提取率为指标,考察了提取时间、提取温度、碱度、乙醇浓度对蚕沙中黄酮提取率的影响,并通过单因素及正交试验确定最佳工艺。结果表明,碱度、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度对蚕沙中总黄酮的提取均有影响;最佳提取工艺为NaOH浓度为3%,乙醇浓度15%,提取时间1.5 h,提取温度70℃,蚕沙中黄酮含量约为1.65%。 The effects of extinction time and temperature, alkalinity, ethanol concentration on the extraction rate of flavones were investigated with Rutosids. The optimum extraction condition of flavone from Silkworm excrement was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The extinction time, temperature, alkalinity, and level of alcohol all affect the extraction of flavone from Silkworm excrement. The best extraction technological conditions was as follows: the extraction time was 1.5 h, the extraction temperature was 70℃, NaOH concentration was 3%, ethanol concentration was 15%, and thus the extraction yield of total flavone was 1.65%.
