摘要
高校就业工作队伍的专业化与职业化发展已成为高校就业指导工作的重要任务,此项工作受到多种因素的制约。通过多维度分析对就业工作队伍职业化发展中存在的问题,提出应对措施。
The professionalization of university employment work force and development of occupation has become an important task of university employment guidance. But this work is restricted by many factors and many problems emerge in the employment of staff in the occupation of the development process. Based on the analyses of multiple dimensions of employment work team in the development of occupation problem, some effective countermeasures were put forward.
