摘要
目的观察中链三酰甘油(MCT)对力竭游泳小鼠疲劳恢复的影响,并探讨其机制。方法 72只雄性ICR小鼠按数字表法随机分为6组,每组12只,分别为空白对照组、游泳对照组、6%MCT游泳组、18%MCT游泳组、30%MCT游泳组和44.4%MCT游泳组,以无负重游泳小鼠作为抗疲劳实验的模型。实验第21天,检测各组负重游泳力竭时间,测定血清肌酸激酶(CK)活性、葡萄糖(GLU)含量和肝脏组织中肝糖原(HG)、非酯化脂肪酸(NEFA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化(MDA)水平。结果 6%MCT组和18%MCT组负重游泳时间较游泳对照组显著延长(P<0.05)。与游泳对照组比较,各MCT组血清CK活性均显著降低(P<0.05),血糖水平均显著增高(P<0.05),6%MCT组、18%MCT组、30%MCT组HG水平显著高于游泳对照组(P<0.05),各MCT组肝脏NEFA含量均显著低于游泳对照组(P<0.05),18%MCT组和30%MCT组GSH-Px和SOD活性均显著升高(P<0.05),MDA含量均显著下降(P<0.05)。结论补充MTC可以明显缓解小鼠力竭游泳疲劳,低剂量组效果更明显,MCT的抗疲劳效应可能与增强肝脏抗氧化能力有关。
Objective To evaluate the anti-fatigue effect of medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) on the recovery of swimmingexhausted mice, and also to explore the mechanism involved. Methods Seventy-two male ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: the control group, the untreated swimming group, the 6% MCT swimming group, the 18% MCT swimming group, the 30% MCT swimming group and the 44.4% MCT swimming group. The burden-free swimming mice were used as the fatigue animal model. At day 21, burden-swimming-exhansted time of the mice in all the 6 groups was measured. The activity of serum ereatine kinase ( CK), the level of glucose ( GLU), the levels of hepatic glycogen (HG) and non-esterified fatty acids ( NEFA), the content of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were all measured. Results The burden-swimming-exhausted time of the 6% MCT and 18% MCT swimming groups significantly prolonged, when compared with that of the untreated swimming group (P 〈 0. 05). Compared with the untreated swimming group, the levels of serum CK of all the MCT groups significantly reduced (P 〈0. 05), while the levels of GLU significantly increased (P 〈0. 05). The contents of HG of the 6% MCT, the 18% MCT and the 30% MCT groups were significantly higher than that of the untreated swimming group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the contents of HEFA of all the MCT groups were significantly lower than that of the untreated swimming group (P 〈 0.05 ). The activity of GSH-Px and SOD of the 18% and the 30% MCT groups increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while the content of MDA decreased significantly ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The supplementation of MCT could obviously alleviate fatigue induced by over-exercise, and such effects were more marked in the animals receiving lower doses of MTC. The anti-fatigue effect of MCT might be related with the improved anti-oxidation of the liver.
