夫西地酸钠治疗耐药葡萄球菌肺炎78例疗效分析

Analysis on the effect of fusidic acid in treatment of 78 cases of pneumonia caused by drug-resistant staphylococcus

目的观察夫西地酸钠治疗耐药葡萄球菌肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择耐药葡萄球菌肺炎患者78例,应用夫西地酸钠0.5 g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中,静脉滴注,1次/8 h,60 min滴入,连用10～14 d,观察其临床疗效、细菌清除率、肝肾功能变化、不良反应。结果临床治愈率70.51%,显效率17.95%,有效率88.46%,细菌清除率70.51%;治疗过程中对肝肾功能无明显影响,无明显不良反应。结论夫西地酸钠作为一种安全性较高的药物,对耐药葡萄球菌肺炎疗效较好,老年人和肾功能不良患者也可选择该药治疗。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of fusidic acid in the treatment of pneumonia caused by drug-resistant staphylococcus. Methods Seventy-eight cases of pneumonia caused by drug-resistant staphylococcus were chosen to be treated with 0. 5 g fusidic acid diluted in the 0.9% 250 ml of sodium chloride solution. Sixty-minute intravenous drip, once every 8 hours was im- plemented for a succession of 10-14 days. Observations were made on the therapeutic effect, bacteria clearance rate, changes in the hepatic and renal functions, and adverse effects as well. Results Clinical cure rate of fusidic acid in the treatment of pneumonia caused by drug-resistant staphylococcus was 70.51%, significant effectual rate was 17.95%, total effective rate was 88.46%, and clearance rate of bacteria was 70.51%, without significant adverse effects. Conclusion Fusidic acid was an effective and safe drug, which could be used in the treatment of pneumonia infected with drug-resistant staphylococcus, with good results. This drug could be chosen for treatment of senile patients and those with renal insufficiency.
