中医治疗骨质疏松症致股骨头坏死及骨不连32例临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical effect of Chinese medicine in treating 32 cases of osteoporosis caused femoral head necrosis and nonunion

目的探讨中医综合疗法治疗骨质疏松症致股骨头坏死、骨不连的临床疗效。方法对2007年1月至2011年8月收治的32例骨质疏松症致股骨头坏死、骨不连患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察其临床疗效。结果 32例骨质疏松症致股骨头坏死、骨不连患者痊愈23例,好转6例,无效3例,随访3年,痊愈25例,好转3例,瘫痪4例。结论骨质疏松症致股骨头坏死、骨不连运用中医汤剂、针灸、热敷治疗及康复锻炼等综合治疗,可取得满意疗效。

Objective To explore the cliniacl effect of traditional Chinese medicine combining therapy in the treatment of osteoporosis caused femoral head necrosis and nonunion. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with osteoporosis caused femoral head necrosis and nonunion in our hospital in January 2007 to August 2011 were performed the retrospective analysis on the clinical efficacy. Results 32 cases of osteoporosis caused femoral head necrosis and nonunion, 23 cases were cured, 6 cases were improved and 3 cases were ineffective. During 3-year follow-up,25 cases were cured, 3 cases were improved,4 cases were paralysis. Conclusion The Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy including TCM decoctions,acupuncture,hot compress treatment and rehabilitation exercises can achieve satisfactory effect in treating osteoporosis caused femoral head necrosis and nonunion.
