不同采收期川楝子高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC fingerprints of Fructus Toosendan from different harvest times

目的建立重庆产不同采收期川楝子药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,考察不同采收时间川楝子中主要化学成分的变化。方法采用HPLC法分析检测。Agilent zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇/乙腈(1∶10)(A)-0.4%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长360 nm;柱温25℃。结果指纹图谱中共23个共有峰,指认出其中3个色谱峰。结论川楝子化学成分随采收时间的不同而各异,应注意不同采收季节对川楝子药材的质量影响。

Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints for Fructus Toosendan harvested from Chongqing area in dif- ferent seasons and to investigate the change of main chemical components in Fructus Toosendan in different harvesting time. Methods The HPLC method was performed on the Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column（4.6 mmx150 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase of methanot/acetonitrile （ 1 ： 10） （A）-0,4% phosphoric acid solution（B） for gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detective wavelength was 360 nm and the column temperature was at 25 ℃. Results There were 23 major peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of Fruetus Toosendan and 3 chromatography peaks were identified. Conclusion The chemical constituents of Fructus Toosendan are varied with different harvesting times. Attention should be paid to the influence of different harvest seasons on the quality of medicinal material Fruetus Toosendan.
