摘要颈中央脊髓损伤综合征又称急性中央颈脊髓损伤，是最常见的急性不完全性颈脊髓损伤，约占所有脊髓损伤的9％。1954年Schneider等认为颈中央脊髓损伤综合征手术治疗是禁忌。然而，近来大量的研究早已否定了Schneidel等的观点，
