淅川县土地利用结构低碳优化研究

Low Carbon-based Land Use Structure Optimization:A Case in Xichuan County

在借鉴低碳经济、土地利用碳排放以及土地利用规划等理论成果和方法的基础上,以低碳理念为切入点,将低碳理念与土地利用结构优化相结合,提出低碳型土地利用结构优化的内涵、目标。通过线性规划模型,对土地利用的结构进行低碳优化,并对优化方案进行碳排放的估算评价,以验证规划的低碳性。结合河南省淅川县的实际情况进行实证研究,建立低碳型土地利用结构优化的多目标规划模型,在考虑土地利用经济效益的同时,强调土地利用的碳排放效益,以经济效益最大化和土地利用总碳排放量最小化2个目标函数来确定土地利用结构。

This study puts forward the connotation and goal of low carbon-based land use structure optimization in references to low carbon economy, land use carbon emissions and land use planning theories and methods. The author combines the idea of low carbon with land use structure optimization by taking the concept of low carbon as breakthrough point. Through the linear programming model, the author can optimize the land use structure of low carbon, and estimate the optimized scheme of carbon emissions to verify low carbon land use planning. According to the actual situation of Xichuan County, Henan Province, the study establishes the multi-objective programming model for land use structure optimization based on low carbon concept. The author takes two objective function （ the maximization in economic benefit and minimization in total carbon emissions of land use）to determine the land use structure by taking into account the land use economic benefits and emphasizes the carbon emissions benefits in land use.
