摘要
提出一种通过增加一个由辅助开关、谐振电感和箝位电容组成的辅助电路,实现所有开关管的零电压开关(ZVS),同时抑制反并联二极管反向恢复电流的有源箝位ZVS半桥逆变器,同时逆变器所有开关管电压应力等于直流母线电压。分析了在负载电流正、负半周,逆变器的工作过程和ZVS实现的条件。搭建了实验样机,实验结果验证了该拓扑可很好地实现ZVS。
An active clamping zero voltage switching (ZVS) half-bridge inverter is proposed.Through plug in an auxil- iary circuit which consists of active switch, resonant inductor and clamping capacitor into the DC-link, ZVS operation for all switches can be realized.The anti-parallel diode reverse recovery current is suppressed well.Besides, the switch- ing voltage stress of all the switches is equal to the DC-link voltage.The operation stages and the soft-switching con- dition of this inverter are analyzed,both in the load current positive and negative half-cycle.A prototype is built up and experimental results verify that this topology realize ZVS operation well.
