A Novel Soft Switching Single-phase Inverter

摘要 提出了一种单相全桥软开关逆变器,只需一个辅助开关,即可实现所有开关的零电压开关(ZVS)开通,并有效抑制二极管反向恢复。电路采用单极性正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)策略,主、辅开关具有相同的开关频率。给出软开关单相逆变器的开关过程,并在此基础上分析了软开关实现条件。研制了300 W样机,完成了实验验证。 A single-phase full-bridge soft switching inverter is proposed.It uses only one auxiliary switch and can real- ize zero-voltage switching(ZVS) turning-on for all the switches.Meanwhile,it can suppress the diode reverse recovery. The circuit adopts unipolar sinusodial pulse width modulation(SPWM) strategy, the main and auxiliary switches have th- e same switch frequency.The switch processes of the single-phase inverter are analyzed, and the requires of soft s- witching is deduced.A 300 W prototype is built to verify the theory.
