摘要 针对目前国产核电专用轮槽铣床故障率高于国外同类产品的现状,为了能有效评价国产核电专用轮槽铣床可靠性,找出与国内外核电数控轮槽铣床在性能上的差距,采用熵权法对机床的可靠性进行评价,建立机床综合评价指标体系与搜集国内外两种核电数控轮槽铣床的可靠性数据,计算出各自指标的权重并进行综合评价,找出了造成差距的主要原因,为今后机床的改进提供了科学依据。 CNC wheel Groove milling machine for domestic nuclear power failure status rates than similar foreign products, in order to be effective in a Chinese-made nuclear power reliability of CNC wheel Groove milling machine, CNC wheel Groove milling machine identified nuclear power at home and abroad gaps in performance. Use of entropy weight method to analyze the reliability of the machine, through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation system of machine tools were found and collected two kinds of nuclear power at home and abroad reliability data of NC wheel Groove milling machine, calculating individual weight indicators and corresponding comprehensive evaluation, identify the main reasons for the gap caused, provided a scientific basis for future improvement of the machine tool.
