摘要
为了实现铣削行星架零件三处槽口的自动回转加工,根据其圆周均布的结构特点,设计了一台液压等分回转台,配合液压油缸自动压紧。根据刀具布置要求,该回转台应该采用卧式结构。因铣削的载荷比较大,为了保证工作的平稳性和可靠性,采用液压缸带动齿轮齿条的的形式回转和分度。回转台定位装置采用两个油缸分别驱动两个锥销插入定位孔定位锁紧。最后通过计算切削用量和加工位置选择合适的机床型号。
In order to mill the three notches of a part named planet carrier automatically, design a hydraulic direct rotary table, with hydraulic automatic compressing, based on the structural characteristic of its circumference is equispaced. According to the requirement of cutting tools arrangement, the rotary table should adopt horizontal structure. For the large load of milling, I wonder to use the hydraulic which can drive gear and rack to turn and index to ensure the stability and reliability of work. The positioning device of rotary table, using two conical pines which are drived by two oil cylinders respectively to insert into the holes to position and impact . Finally, through the calculation of the amount of cutting and processing location, selecting suitable model of machine tool.
