摘要
以MOTOMAN-EPX2700机器人为例,阐述机器人示教过程,说明在汽车涂装过程中控制颜色的各种影响因素,通过合理的机器人示教过程,进行实验设计,得到适宜的示教参数,从而实现涂装漆膜厚度及色差的均匀性,保证汽车颜色的稳定性,为客户提供优质的产品。
In this research, the robot teaching process and the various impact factors during the auto color painting were expatiated and explained based on MOTOMAN-EPX2700 robot. Through rational robot teaching process and using suitable teaching parameters gained from DOE test design, uniform thickness and chromatism of painting could be obtained, which could ensure the vehicle color stability and provide customers with quality products.
